Brief Description
The integrated care center (psychosocial, health and legal) for victims of gender-based violence (GBV) was operationalized by the Burkinabè State in 2015. Between 2015 and 2018, it provided care for 302 victims. A second integrated care center (psychosocial, health and legal) for victims of GBV is about to be operationalized in the city of Bobo Dioulasso. Civil society organizations support the State in the legal and judicial support of victims of violence. Thus, centers have been created in the image of the legal clinic of the Association of Women Lawyers of Burkina Faso.
